This number isn’t recognized by our system, so delivery isn’t possible.

This may be caused due to : 

1. The mobile number seems to be incorrectly formatted, too long or short, or mistyped.
2. The customer might have opted out of text messages. You can learn more under “Managing opt-outs” in the CXT knowledgebase.

Each country has its own messaging rules ; see the Laws and Regulations category to learn more.

If the number is listed on a country’s Do Not Call registry, the message won’t be delivered.

To request a mobile number lookup, please send a ticket to our support team including:

1. Your CLiX username
2. Please include the phone numbers you’d like us to look up — Excel or CSV works best
3. Which countries your trying to send to 
4. The Sender ID that you are  using for SMS
