I Completed a Payment, But my Account Hasn't been Credited Yet.
If you’ve completed a payment but your credits haven’t appeared in your account, please verify with your financial institution that the transaction was successfully processed.
Once your payment has been confirmed, kindly submit a support ticket below and include details such as:
- Your Account Username
- The date the payment was made
- The method of payment ( PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, Direct Deposit)
If your payment hasn’t gone through, please attempt the transaction again and make sure that:
- Make sure that your card has sufficient funds available
- Make sure your card is not approaching the expiration date
- Check to ensure your card details have been entered correctly
