If you send all your messages through the CXT platform, you can manage Unicode settings directly in your account.

1. Go to the top-right corner of CXT, tap the Settings icon, and select ‘SMS Settings’.
2. Navigate to the ‘SMS’ section and adjust the ‘Allow Unicode Messages’ on or off. 
3. Once you’ve made your changes, tap ‘Update Settings’ at the bottom to save.

 Note: This setting ONLY applies to messages sent through the CXT web platform.
