I Completed a Payment, But my Account Hasn't been Credited Yet.

If you’ve completed a payment but your credits haven’t appeared in your account, please verify with your financial institution that the transaction was successfully processed.

 

Once your payment has been confirmed, kindly submit a support ticket below and include details such as:

 

  1. Your Account Username 
  2. The date the payment was made 
  3. The method of payment ( PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, Direct Deposit) 

 

 

If your payment hasn’t gone through, please attempt the transaction again and make sure that:

 

  1. Make sure that your card has sufficient funds available
  2. Make sure your card is not approaching the expiration date
  3. Check to ensure your card details have been entered correctly
